Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Change of Mind / Unsuitable Items

If you change your mind or the item isn’t suitable, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags intact
  • Wire has not been pulled or adjusted (we recommend checking your colour match is correct by holding your AJ Hair Enhancer up to your own hair)
  • Lace uncut and unaltered
  • Returned in original packaging 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
